  I recently purchased quartz countertops at Smokey Mountain Tops and am extremely pleased with the entire process. Jason W. was my salesperson and made choosing kitchen countertops and a new sink an easy and fun experience. The installers did a great job also. I would definitely recommend using Smokey Mountain Tops.

  Had several issues with countertops including discoloration (gold ) which is not natural to the slab. Polished and smoothed veins on edges with contradicts what Cambria is and should be which is indented and rough veins like the top of counter top. Clear cover up which they used epoxy or something to fill and cover up.. it’s not natural to anything else on the entire slab and clearly a cover up. Whether we agree or disagree, it’s not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is when I address these issues I got completely ignored and nobody wanted to talk to me or return A simple phone call to explain what is going on and why the things are the way they are. I asked several times via text and emails to get a phone call to discuss, and they kept ignoring it to the point in which I had to contact a general manager. Jason, the general manager has a very passive aggressive attitude and I knew within five seconds of our conversation that he was gonna brush off everything I was concerned about and he said everything looks as he would expect it to look… That’s complete BS But he has a very strong, passive aggressive attitude, and kept cutting me off to the point I knew we would not be able to reach terms. I’ve decided to let it go because I don’t want to deal with the unprofessionalism of him and his employees. I’ll just take the loss of this piece of garbage they left on my counter.. Beware of their service they will take your money, but when you have concerns or issues, they will duck and dive and ignore you and then when you finally get a hold of a manager, he’ll be rude as can be… I don’t want any of your fixes or excuse excuses so I decided to go ahead and leave you this review in which you strongly deserve. You can do better.

  They were incredible. The entire staff was excellent throughout the process. We couldn't have gotten better service.

  Friendly company with employees who care. Bob and Cody came within two days of me calling to cut some kitchen granite for a stovetop and did a great job. Thought I’d never get it done in time for Christmas but they made it happen! Would definitely recommend.
