  If you are reading this review, you are probably looking for a contractor and dreading it, because you’ve had your share of bad ones. The ones that don’t show up when they say, don’t communicate, do a half-baked job, or you end up fixing what they messed up. That’s where I was a few months ago. I had been putting off a bathroom remodel for those reasons, but I had to get it done. I did my research and worked up a short list with RIO Creations as one of my options. I called them and left a message to set up an appointment. Within the hour I got a call back and was able to set up a date and time for a consultation. Lukas showed up at the appointed time and was polite and professional. He spent over an hour talking with me about my design for the bathroom, took measurements, and asked a lot of questions. He said he would work up an estimate in a few days and send it to me. In two days, I received an estimate. Not a text or email with a single total cost, but a detailed 4-page line item estimate. After I talked with Lukas again and got answers I was looking for to my questions, I hired him. A date was set, 3 months out, for the start of the project. Lukas kept in touch letting me know things I could do to prepare for the project. The project started on the agreed date. I was always told ahead of time who would be working at our home. Lukas’ team always, always showed up on time. They were professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up every day after they finished working. Are all the 5-star reviews warranted? You bet they are. Lukas and his team are reliable, they show up when they say and they do what you have hired them to do. They are honest; when they mess up they own up to it and fix it without it costing you. The communication was extraordinary; I almost always got a response within a matter of minutes when I called or text about something and never did it take more than a day. I was given many reasons why my design for my bathroom would not work by others. Lukas gave the one reason why it would, simply because that was what I wanted and did he ever deliver!!! Thank you, Lukas, Randy, Cory, Austin and Dean for creating a stunningly beautiful bathroom! Rio Creations is who we will be calling for future renovations

  Lukas and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. They were easy to work with and provided excellent communication. All workers were extremely professional, respectful and efficient. RIO absolutely transformed our ideas into reality and we highly recommend them.

  I would like to thank Lucas and the Rio Creations team for their outstanding work. From start to finish, they were professional, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. Lucas executed my vision perfectly during the makeover and paid close attention to detail throughout the process. The entire team was courteous, reliable, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Rio Creations to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service.

  I rented a dumpster from Lukas/rio and he was very respectful of my property. He took his time unloading the roll back dumpster in the driveway using boards so the concrete would not get scratched. He was also a very generous because I rented the dumpster for a week and he let me extend my rental for a couple more days for the same price. I would absolutely recommend rio to anyone!

  We had a full kitchen remodel. New cabinets, stove, dishwasher and counter top. My wife and I could not be happier with the work. We did have a few hiccups like an incorrect cabinets was delivered and we had to wait a few days for the door pulls to arrive, but minor things should be expected. All issues were handled promptly and with open communication.
