  I have more than 1 project with GoHero and will write separate reviews. First project was a septic pumping and installation of risers. I did the digging to uncover caps simply because I am retired and have the time. As I get older I may not be able to dig so had risers put in. Two technicians came out and pumped the tank and installed the risers. Both were very down to earth and friendly. They answered my questions and made sure the tank was emptied properly and the baffles were cleaned so liquids would move thru the system properly. Their truck filled up with just a small amount left to pump. They left and emptied their tanker truck and came back to make sure job was done right. I will call GoHero again when I need septic service. Thought i could write separate reviews but Google does not allow more than 1 per business per user. So I'm adding to my experience. I also had Gohero replace my hot water heater, add a reverse osmosis faucet/filter to kitchen sink and a carbon filter/water softener to whole house. Evan, Tony, Kevin and Anthony showed up and hoped to get work done in 1 day. All were polite, professional and friendly. The hot water heater and reverse osmosis went in just fine. Unfortunately issues with existing in slab copper pipes delayed work on carbon filter/water softener. The Go Hero team spent some time tracing pipes from street to house and gave me a plan to finish project. The carbon filter/water softener is now installed. Daniel and Anthony were two additional technicians that helped when needed and were just as friendly and professional as everyone else. The friendly, professional, hardworking attitudes in everyone I met suggests a company culture and not just individual traits. I have had plumbing work done on at least 4 different houses over my adult life and their work is some of the best I've seen. I have one more project to complete. A remodel of a bathroom. I am confident the work will be just as good as the plumbing work so far. I had other bids on all this work and Go Hero gave me the best value. I have good warranties on all work done and will use GoHero for all my future needs.

  2 of the most caring and smart young technicians came to my house and set up a ring camera for me and my daughter! Thank you Keegan and Christian for being so amazing will be using in the future!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

  Billy came and looked at the situation . He explained the problem and solution, and had the problem was fixed. The price was very reasonable and I am pleased with the outcome.

  Aaron was very professional and willing to work with us to make a plan that fit our needs. We had scheduled an inspection for our main drain line and found damage we were not anticipating. As you can imagine there are a lot of emotions that come with a surprise like that. Aaron was empathetic and educated us as he priced out a solution for us. He gave us several options and gave me some peace of mind. I really appreciate the time he spent with me today.

  I am associated with Go Hero Home Services for over a year now and I am happy so far with their service and responsiveness. I am enrolled in their annual home maintenance program (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical). It all started a year ago with a major Plumbing upgrade work. I took quote from 4 different companies and finally chose Go Hero for their professionalism, knowledge, and walk the talk way of delivering work. Their most experienced Senior plumber Aaron is a Jem to work with. If you are an engineer, you would enjoy talking to Aaron and his explanation of the problem and solution. Today one of my HVAC suddenly was not turning on around noon. Go Hero came to my rescue in the evening around 6:30 after their day's work, this was a rush request for an emergency service. Daryl showed up with Tyler and were able to identify the issue in around 30 mins, it was a mere lose wire from the transformer but identifying this issue quickly and fixing was the key. More importantly they were quite considerate in their pricing which goes a long way to build trust with customers like me. Thank you, Go Hero!
