He found the capacitor was bad and replaced it. The house cooled down in less than an hour! Thanks Ish! Great work! However, later I discovered there was a PVC drain pipe that was not replaced into the drain pump. The condensation caused puddling in my garage and soaked the bottoms of many boxes stored there since we just moved in. Thankfully, there was no damage to speak of, but just some extra work on my part. Not mad just FYI.đź‘Ť
