Power trowels for a 3200 square-foot concrete slab that was finished floor exposed concrete no tile no VCT supposed to be polished finished and when it was hard enough to start using the machines, neither one of the machines would pitch because no one ever greased them after a conversation with the mechanic, I was able to get one of them freed up enough to use so I had to use my 3 foot power row and one of the ones I rented that we could get to work, partly still with pitch all the way or flatten out without shaking the machine just because no one ever greased them. And when I explained the situation to the clerks, they didn’t seem to care they said go talk to the guys outside because we don’t know anything about them so because there’s no accountability the guys outside are just gonna keep doing the same thing they’ve always done. I explained to the guys outside if he never grease them and they lock up where they won’t pitch anymore you have to take them apart and grease them manually so they will take grease. Otherwise they won’t take grease and there’s nothing you could do to get them to free up. I wrote this post hoping a Management would see it because apparently no one else in there cared enough to remedy the situation but I gave two stars instead of one because they refunded my money though they tried to charge me for both machines
