I have worked with Sugar Plumbing for over 2 years and would highly recommend them! From the ownership to the everyone on the team, I have never had a bad experience. I work with them regularly on new construction homes and service related jobs as well. I can count on them doing things right and for a fair price. For me trust is almost everything and I can trust their work, their price, and their people.

Hired them to do plumbing for a house we are building. He let another person that does not work for me or any of my subs tell him we weren’t ready for slab plumbing and sent his guys to another job and never communicated to me that they weren’t coming out even though we were actually ready. He then subbed my job out to another plumbing company who sat around and missed inspection window and caused a failure and also installed drain pipe for washing machine beyond the exterior of the foundation. They even knocked an entire block out to do that. Garrett then said he was sending 2 guys out 3 days later to fix everything and nothing was fixed. Pipes still do not hold air and yet again another failed inspection bc they won’t hold air. Blamed us for creating the leaks by putting gravel down, even though the pipe wasn’t holding air long before we started moving gravel around. Told him someone had to come today and fix but he told us to find the leaks ourselves by spraying soapy water on the joints. Sorry I’m paying you to do that and that should have been done the day they installed. Now he refuses to respond to us or make it right so I have had to hire another company to come out and fix the mess we were left. Guys that work for him are great, he just can’t schedule and takes no pride or accountability for his business.
Update to response- Yes this is my 1st house as a business, but 4th house I have built in 2 years that he was hired to do plumbing. Mistake on my part as I should have known better after the multiple leaks at the last one. Never got hostile, simply expressed my frustration with his lack of communication and using someone else to do a job he was hired to do and the poor work they did. He took someone else’s word that the site wasn’t ready even though it was due to my block masons working until dark to get it done. Didn’t know I needed to give an update after I said it would be ready. We found 7 leaks in the job the people he hired to do and yet still does not take accountability only places blame on us. Even my inspector said that was the worst job he had seen. Difference is we have pictures to prove the workmanship was poor. Had no problem doing slab plumbing the very day my block was completed at my personal house but now says my block has to cure for 7 days before slab plumbing? All of my cylinders were core filled with #5 rebar. There wasn’t a chance in the world that there was going to be damage from running drain pipes on the gravel. He had a friend that needed him at his job instead of mine by the obvious review that was left 8 minutes before he posted a response to mine. How about the 4 water lines that terminated in the gravel? Never even went to the main water connect. They literally ran them 5ft and left them in the middle of the slab. Take ownership for poor quality and communication instead of placing blame. I am posting pictures of our conversation. Not once was I hostile. Direct yes. You even knew as I can provide our conversation stating your own tech was there and told you it was poorly done and you told him to leave saying there wasn’t any gravel except there is clearly 80 tons sitting right next to foundation in pictures that was delivered the day prior to the “trusted” company showing up.
