  Looking for quality cabinets and folks that actually want to help? Look no further than Sims-Lohman of Knoxville, TN. I had the pleasure of recently working with Karen Taylor who was extremely helpful in providing the cabinet solution to complete my laundry room. Karen came out to my home to take measurements and kept me abreast of product arrival time to the installation of the cabinets. Karen even went above and beyond in pointing me in the right direction to solve for a new (improved) placement to move my microwave to a higher placement (much better for me as I'm 6'3" and microwave door is currently 15" from the floor). I would highly recommend Sims-Lohman of Knoxville and Karen Taylor!

  If you are thinking about remodeling your bath (or any space) and getting new cabinets, I HIGHLY recommend Sims-Lohman for the job. Karen Taylor was the ABSOLUTE best design associate. She took a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, gave great suggestions, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND on every aspect of our bathroom cabinet remodel. She had wonderful insight and ideas and would send emails when she thought of something that would help in our remodel. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE. You just don't see customer service like her anymore these days. I can't say enough good things about her! She makes you feel like you are the only person she is working with.(Unlike the Big Home Stores out there.) The products and selections were great too. You won't be disappointed if you get your cabinets here!
