After a thorough inspection, he informed us that we had no real problems to worry about. What was so impressive was that he then took time to educate us about crawl space moisture , mold , and other issues that might occur. He was kind enough to share with us how he solved a similar problem in his own home. Polite, knowledgeable, and didn’t even charge us for a service call on his drive from Knoxville. A real pro and an honest man. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

He fully inspected the opening and looked at the attic insulation generally and told us we have zero mold throughout and didn't charge us a penny. A lot of these mold remediation companies seem sketchy but he could've easily lied or charged us a service fee. These guys seem honest in our interactions.
