  Liar Liquidators is the absolute worst place to buy flooring. I'm sure they will delete this review as they delete all the ones they don't like. They don't care one bit about customers. They don't care about selling you quality products. They will not make it right with you. They will 100% take your money and then act like you do not exist. The flooring we bought can't be installed because the click and lock edges are brittle, broken, misshapen, bug infested, and warped. They wont take it back if the box is opened but when your order it they say it can ONLY be sent to THEIR store not my house. They say they need to "inspect and count it." What they really mean is they open all the boxes so you can't return it. We have spoken to several different people with "customer service" and they say they will help you and then they never call back. And don't worry, they will respond to these bad reviews and try to make new customers think they care. But then when the shades come down they don't actually want to make it right or they would. It's all a front.!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

  This place is awful from start to finish! They sold my daughter awful flooring that couldn't even be used and refused a refund! Save yourself from having a damaged car and poor quality flooring and go to the Home Depot!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have been in contact with them over my damaged car and it took a week to get that settled correctly through insurance. I have now had to contact them, because the flooring they sold us is falling apart and damaged! There was a literal Maggot in one of the boxes. They never call you back when they say they will its ridiculous. I just want my money back at this point, but its doubtful since some of the flooring was installed and cut to fit even though it wouldn't stay together and we now have to replace the whole floor. Edit: I see you reply on here like you're willing to help, but that's not true. We are getting nothing back for defective flooring, because it was opened and attempted to be installed. So don't trust their replies on these reviews. I will update again if I ever get my money back. If I don't I will just continue to let people know you are liars and thieves.

  William was fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable of the products and helpful my husband and I chose the flooring and under lament that we needed. He and the the other staff members took extra time to pull out a box from the back to show us the variations of the flooring since the display did not show the character. The staff was patient with us and even stayed open late to make sure we were satisfied with the flooring. Highly recommend and we will be back to purchase more items.
