- DMDan MurdochMay 7, 20175.0They gave us a fair price for their services, came as scheduled to install and train, handled one issue with the dogs jumping over the barrier immediately and solved it. It was set too low because the dogs were puppies when we first set it up and they grew up a little bit. Our barrier covers 3 acres and we have had no other issues with the dogs leaving containment. They send us batteries regularly to ensure the collars don't have an issue. It is apparent to us the dogs are happy with their freedom to run the yard. We have traffic nearby that could harm the dogs so the Invisible Fence was the best option for us. Dogs dig in the yard but not on the perimeter like they would if there was a conventional fence. Very happy with the service at the office and the tech team. Dan
