- RDRaymond DaltonOct 27, 20221.0I use to have a great relationship with herc done business with them for years especially when Joe Newman was my salesman. Now since they have new management under Kevin Cook i will no longer do business with them. I had an issue with one of their excavators had to reinstall the track a half a dozen times taking two to three men to reinstall it costing me money . I explained that to Mr. Cook or tried to explain he immediately interrupted me and told me and said "dont matter you went over the rental agreement". Im sure people in the dirt moving industry knows it takes a minimum of two people sometimes three to get a track back on. Not to mention having to wait on their mechanic to get there costing me the contractor several hundred dollars an hour for the machine to be operational. I hope that Herc resolves this quickly because i do like doing business with them, but not Mr. Cook.
