  Kevin and Keegan did an excellent job. Communication from the back office was clear and timely, and once they arrived and I explained the issue, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were very transparent and did everything possible to keep the cost as low as they could while still providing the right solution. They pinpointed the issue, explained the fix clearly, and resolved it efficiently. Great experience overall—highly recommend.

  The guys who came out were great. They explained pros and cons on my hot water heater. There were issues involving carbon monoxide gas that was improperly routed plus issues with the heater itself. I asked for a quote for a tankless system, and chose that avenue, instead of the repair due to the age of the heater. I'm very happy with the work and my new tankless hot water heater.

  Keegan and Christian from GoHero replaced/upgraded my electrical service panel today. They did a fantastic job! They also took the time to correctly label all of the breakers. Keegan provided me an estimate last week. The estimate was vey detailed. I found the quote reasonable for the amount of work involved, especially when compared to the other quotes I received. A special shout out to Larissa and the other ladies in the office. They were all super helpful getting the job scheduled and help me coordinate with the utility company. I would not hesitate to use GoHero again in the future.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the condition of the tank before and after pumping. They located and accessed the tank efficiently, completed a thorough pump-out, and made sure everything was properly secured before leaving. What I appreciated most was the transparency — they showed me the tank levels, discussed maintenance recommendations, and didn’t push unnecessary add-ons. The work area was left clean, lids were reset properly, and there were no surprises with pricing. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right the first time.   We received excellent service from GoHero Home Services! Aaron diagnosed the problems with the plumbing in our 100 year old house and scheduled our repairs. Our plumbing technicians were Joey, Nick and Landon and they arrived on time as scheduled and worked diligently. Joey was an excellent communicator and explained everything as they went along. Nick was a great help in removing the old hot water heater tank from under the house. A new hot water heater was installed, and water lines and drains were replaced in the crawl space underneath our home which were leaking and a real mess, as is often in the case in older homes. All in all, the service met our needs and we are very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend GoHero Home Services and plan to use them again when the need arises.
