I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The technician that came out to do the initial survey (Aaron) and the tech that brought the truck up (Robert) were both prompt, well dressed (work coveralls), and very friendly. Their vehicles were very clean and they did a fantastic job. The company called and sent text messages throughout the process advising when their employees would arrive. The price was reasonable and agreed upon before they started work. And there were no surprises afterwards. Hopefully we don’t need them again for a good while, but no question they will be who I call again when our septic tank needs servicing. Thanks guys.

The project itself which included replacing the service line in addition to 7 cutoff valves was completed as scheduled, very efficiently and with minimal inconvenience. Nate, project PM, coordinated the directional bore while handling the inside work himself along with an apprentice. Nate was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker to the point that my wife gave him a “bonus “ in the form of Christmas candy. A job well done!

Two days later Riley came out to replace the pipe. He was alone and handled the job quickly and professionally. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process. Was overall very pleased with all the employees we dealt with from Go Hero. Will highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future needs. Thank you Go Hero.
