  We had electrical work done and the electrician was phenomenal! He was on time, courteous and professional! Keegan Katz was our electrician and we couldn’t ask for anyone more knowledgeable and professional! He solved our initial issue and prevented another! Excellent!

  Keegan, the lead, was very precise and let us know exactly what he was doing and made suggestions if something we wanted was not doable. His helper, Christian, work ethics is commendable as well as Keegan 's. Both gentleman was easy to talk to and put our minds at ease, solving issues concerning some 3 way and 4 way swithces were not working right and both are very thorough and checked all their work. We are inviting them back as we have other electrical needs, like extra outdoor outlets and safety lighting. Thank you GoHero's Keean and Christian! We are impressed with GoHero's electricans that we are bringing in the plumbers.

  Since moving into our home in July we have used GoHero and have not been disappointed! I've had the pleasure of having Jackson come out and service both of my units. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and clear with his explanations. I would highly recommend Jackson and GoHero to anyone needing HVAC repair or maintenance!

  We dealt with 5 different employees from this company- Will, Richie and Zach from electrical, and Evan and Nick from plumbing. They were all so knowledgeable, honest, prompt and polite! We had an original project quoted but when the electricians and plumbers came out, they honestly told us all the issues they could run into to complete the project and we eventually abandoned it and went in another direction. They could have just powered though, ran into issues and charged us more for a suboptimal outcome, but they were perfectly honest about all of our options. Will even found a few safety problems that our home inspector missed. We will definitely use them for all of our home repairs going forward, and highly recommend them!

  John with Go Hero was absolutely incredible on his visit this morning, the appointment actually began yesterday evening with us deciding which parts and materials would be best suited for the job, John took the time to explain estimates with me and give options which is something truly hard to come by when it comes to home repair or restoration which private companies. John then returned this morning, and had the job done in about an hour with new hardware installed! I felt so confident and comfortable doing business with Go Hero through John's work and his integrity! We'll be doing work with Go Hero for many more years to come!
