  I wanted to wait a little while before I posted this review just so I could see how well these windows worked in the summer and winter. My house was built in 1978 and I had the original window still installed as of 2025. I Started to notice in the winter time or if there was a big wind storm, the curtains would blow back anytime wind hit the house. Also when we had that little earthquake, I could hear my window panes rattling in the frame, which means that there was no seal. I called around to multiple places and got multiple quotes but a friend highly recommend recommended Glass pros and I am very glad he did. The owner came out, Did some measuring, And followed up with a quote, which was more than reasonable. It wasn’t my cheapest quote however, the cheaper quotes had little to no warranty on the windows. It also was far from the most expensive quote but he explained that the return on these windows would be the best for what I was looking for. My windows came in and were delivered pretty quickly. The install went pretty smooth considering my house is so old and we were not sure what we would run into. My windows were installed around June so I was able to get the heat of the season to test them and the difference it made has been more than noticeable. It was hotter in July and August but my power bill was between 80 and $120 a month cheaper than previous months and comparable years. I also noticed that my air unit was only running about 60% of the time that it was running with the old windows. Now that it’s winter, my neighbor was here the other day and commented about my heat pump not running because his was running about 80% of the day. I told him since I put new windows in, the heat only runs about 50% of the time that it did before and right now my power bill is between 70 and $100 per month cheaper in the winter time. After the install, the owner in his wife came by to look at the install, and that was comforting to know that they cared enough to come by. If I ever do Windows again, I will definitely be calling them. I highly recommend this company, the owner, the salesman, the installer, and the people working in the office. They were all phenomenal.   Use them! I had interactions with Morgan, Wesley, and Brad. They were all conscientious and did their best to make this a great experience. We have been remodeling and were finishing a workout/dance room with several full length mirrors. I was impressed with how easy it was to get a call or text back and they helped apply their experience to help us best plan out the room. Morgan and the office team did a great job of working on the best pricing, and Wesley was on the spot for measurements in such a timely manner that it allowed us to hit our deadline. Special kudus to the installer, Brad, who really came through with the best suggestions on how to position the mirrors and most impressively- he self reported a scratch on one of the mirrors and is making arrangements to replace it. It was all done with such a sincere focus on making things right and on making us happy. Well done- would use them again in a heartbeat!
