- ENEric NewmanJun 22, 20172.0As a contractor coming in and sometimes being in a hurry if there's more than 1-2 customers in the counter section go ahead and be prepared to wait. I had a terrible time with a special order heater that was supposed to be there multiple times but never showed up and was re ordered but was wrong upon arrival. It may not have been completely there fault as it was done through a warranty company. My main issue is there is no sense of urgency to help contractors get in and out in a timely manner
