The store manager Chad said they didn’t have another one at their store, but called another location in another town and asked them to hold it for him. He then drove up there and picked it up and brought it back to the Knoxville store to make an exchange for us the same day. Needless to say their customer service is superb.

My wife purchased some tools and immediately looked at the reciept and realized she didnt get the promised discount that was advertised while standing at the register. The same employee that confirmed it would get the discount on that item said that the tool must not qualify for the discount. Without the discount there were better deals at homedepot. Oh and like I said they claim all sales are final... lets ignore that and move on forward to registering the lifetime warranty with ridgid. You can get it started online but have to print out the last step and snail mail it to complete the registration. It is important to note not all items sold here qualify for the lifetime warranty either which isn't really advertised.

Answered so many questions, recommended all minds of different tools (with honest opinions) and was extremely knowledgeable about everything in his store! If anyone is looking to get into the Ryobi, Hart or Rigid line, starting out with building their tool arsenal (like me) then you have got to check out Direct Tools and ask for Chad! Their prices also seem to be much lower than Home Depot or Lowe’s and trust me, I have looked everywhere!! Thank you again Chad!!! 🙏🔨
