  Wonderful company! Can’t believe how prompt and professional they are! I had 2 different service calls 1for home and 1 for commercial. Both guys were amazing that came to both locations and their knowledge and professionalism was awesome! Will be doing more business with them in the future! Thanks guys!

  James Shuman was our technician this evening. It was 20 degrees outside and he had the best attitude and was very professional and helpful. He saved the day. Sunday night to boot. With the roads not being easy to drive on. Got my heat back up and running same day. I would give 10 stars if I could. Price was fair with it being an emergency weekend call. Will use this service again and recommend to others. Thanks again James!

  James came to our home in a blizzard type weather to repair our heating/air unit. He found it to be unfix able. It will have to be replaced. Thanks James for coming out in such foul weather. On Tuesday morning before 8:00 am Reece and Brad arrived with the new heat/air unit. I met them and showed them where the old unit was located. They went right to work removing the old unit and installing the new unit. They worked straight thru until the work was completed without taking any breaks. Finished around 10:30 am and started up the new unit. It is working great. House is warm again. Thank you so much Reece and Brad. Awesome job in my book. Have a great day men.

  My HVAC couldn’t keep up with the cold weather from the winter storm. Chancey & Reynolds sent Cody out and he replaced the wall thermostat with a much cooler one that I can now control from my phone over WIFI that also has a humidity gauge inside and outside of the house. I was literally sweating from the heat my unit was putting out after he left.

  We had a technician come out for a service call yesterday 1/19/26 as a KUB bill was through the roof and we have never had a charge that high and thought something could going on with our unit, which is not even two years old,they said it would be $75 for someone to come out. we were hopeful for a good experience, unfortunately that did not happen the guy diagnosed we needed a new thermostat, by the way he did not seem confident in that and just to add we replaced the thermostat 2 weeks ago. We had to asked multiple questions to diagnose the problem and his response several times was “oh let me go check that”. He did not check the duct work or anything under the house, to come to the conclusion this was our problem. So when my husband said okay sounds like we need a new thermostat I guess, he came back in with the thermostat and stated that it would be $600 to replace the face of the thermostat. Excuse me that is criminal my husband immediately said no that’s way more than we can afford. The guy proceeded to charge us $250 when he did not repair anything, we should’ve only been charged the diagnostic fee of $75, when we questioned him he said labor was $220 an hour what labor none was done. So I called made a complaint they stated they don’t have a hourly fee it’s by job and they would call back. My husband spoke to Josh a supervisor today 1/20/2026 and my husband said he was perfectly fine paying the service fee but we would need the rest of our money back, Josh stated there was a $75 service fee and the other part of the money was to go towards the thermostat they opened because they can’t sell it now. They did not leave the thermostat with us so they literally stole our money because the company is charging me for something they did not leave in my possession. I called to speak to another supervisor and was told by the dispatcher she would have her supervisor call me back and they did not call me back. I have left messages for a supervisor to call me back a few times today with no response. Please do not make the same mistake we did .
