- LKl k6 days ago1.0We have been loyal customers for twenty years , and we knew it was a sump pump issue. They told us to call a restoration company and didn’t come back to fix it for 5 days! The restoration company put fans and didn’t wet vacuum it. It was chaos! Do not use this company.

My experience with them started with a great visit from both the plumber assigned to the job and their lead in the tankless space. They took over 30 minutes with me for this free visit to examine the existing unit to make sure that it wasn't salvageable before talking about a new unit. From there, they were very transparent with pricing and the work involved. I quickly received a quote for a new Navien tankless unit and was able to schedule the installation within a day. On installation day, Evan showed up exactly at the appointment time and installation went smoothly - until it didn't. Due to some nuance with our supply system and existing gas plumbing, the installation stretched for several hours but at every turn, it was made clear that they were there until the job was done. After a bit of problem solving, and many, many trips up and down our basement stairs, we had reliable hot water again! I can't say enough good things about the process. Evan even called the next morning to make sure that everything was still working as prescribed. While it is often easy to take for granted the installations that just go right, as an engineer I appreciate more the installations that may have a few hiccups but are sorted out through patience and critical thinking. Totally unprofessional! They have tried to rip me off by charging me over $1000 for work to fix their equipment, not my house. It is currently at a collection agency because I refuse to pay the bill.They are unreliable, and after several attempts to contact the manager, the manager has YET to call back! HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
