- RBRachel BlalockFeb 11, 20261.0I'd actually give zero stars if I could. New customer, but now I will NEVER use them. I scheduled to have a leaking exterior faucet replaced 2 weeks ago. My appt window 8a to 12p comes and goes...nobody, no call, nothing. At 1p, the office calls and says, "oh, sorry, you got bumped for an emergency, when do you want to reschedule?" First time, I'm irritated, but willing to make accommodations, stuff happens. Reschedule for today, same time, 8a to 12p. At 11.45, no call, no text, nothing. I called to cancel. If they can't be professional and RESPECT MY TIME AND **DAYS** TAKEN OFF FROM WORK!!!! then they don't deserve my business. The office just said, "well, we don't know if they're behind UNLESS THE CUSTOMER CALLS TO LET US KNOW." What, you all don't have CELL PHONES and check in with your customers?! Yeah. I'll be going with Tennesee Standard Plumbing after this fiasco. Clearly Cedar Bluff doesn't value new business, or even have basic common courtesy for their customers.
- LKl kJan 6, 20261.0We have been loyal customers for twenty years , and we knew it was a sump pump issue. They told us to call a restoration company and didn’t come back to fix it for 5 days! The restoration company put fans and didn’t wet vacuum it. It was chaos! Do not use this company.
