The sales process is full of relentless pressure to buy, and once they get your money, all professionalism vanishes. I spent roughly $30,000 with them after receiving a written guarantee for a specific installation date. That date came and went with no installation, no follow-up, and no returned calls or emails. When I finally got through to their “customer care” department, I was met with rude, unhelpful representatives who showed zero concern for resolving the issue. When I asked them to stand by their written commitment, they backtracked—saying the guarantee was just an “estimate” and pointing to tiny fine print in their terms and conditions. It felt completely dishonest and misleading. Do yourself a favor and find another company. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.
