What initially seemed like a simple project turned out to be more challenging than expected, but Josiah from Blass Construction went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly. Throughout the process, Josiah was responsive, proactive, and truly listened to our concerns. Whenever issues arose, he personally came out multiple times to inspect the work and make sure everything was handled properly. After a larger problem surfaced, he coordinated directly with the subcontractor and ensured that all corrections met our expectations. We’re so grateful Josiah was the one overseeing our project. Dealing with contractors can be stressful, and my mother and I have often felt that as women who understand a bit about construction, our input can be easily dismissed. Josiah was the complete opposite—he listened to us, respected our perspective, and made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. What impressed us most was his commitment—he drove an hour and a half each way to oversee our project and stayed on-site for most of the final day to make sure everything was done properly. That level of care and follow-through is rare, and we truly felt that he had our best interests at heart from start to finish.
