  Our old roof was about 18 years old and needed to be replaced. I was in contact with multiple roofing companies but decided upon Barnett Roofing for several reasons. Primarily, they encourage and want to maintain the product they install beside you. Mr. Keener was my first contact with Barnett Roofing and he was professional and knowledgeable about the roofing business. I did not decide on any company immediately but continued to receive friendly and supportive service when I did contact him again with my decision. Tim connected me with their scheduling team where I was supported by Cate who maintained contact with frequent reminders and information until install day. On the day before roof installation I was visited by the VP Ron who helped prep for the work and was informative and professional. Finally, I received even more support, guidance and valuable information from Josh who supervised the installation crew and made sure a quality job was done. I highly recommend Barnett Roofing if you want a roofing company that is willing to spend the next 20+ years supporting your new roof beside you. They have excellent customer service and roofing knowledge. Thank you!

  We just had our house roof and detached garage roof replaced by Barnett Roofing. I wholeheartedly recommend Barnett if you are looking for roofing repair or replacement. The whole experience working with them from first getting an estimate through completion of the work has been very satisfying. The estimate was fair and communication (Cate in the office) was ongoing as the scheduled work day approached. The supervisor (Josh) reached out the day before work was to begin to let me know they would be on site between 6:30sm and 7:00am. Josh and his crew arrived on time and began covering outdoor plants, adjacent yard, and deck with a protective tarp before beginning removal of the shingles. Throughout the day, members of the crew took steps on cleaning up while other crew members worked on the removal of shingles and then installation of new materials. The work was completed in one day. Josh gave me a thorough explanation of the work completed and made sure I had no questions. Cleanup was through. I could not me more pleased with the performance of Barnett Roofing. Tony Hart

  Got roof replaced in late August. A few neighbors in my subdivision used them before. This is a professional team. Carl gave me a quote that's quite reasonable, fitting my need, and accurate. The final cost was very close. Mark, my foreman, is the best. He discussed the plan before the work day. He gave me detailed updates and photos after each major step. He did a fine final inspection by himself after the new roof was in place. There isn't much to say about Mark. When you see him, you immediately know you are in good hands. He led a great team. They started at 6:30am, finished before 3pm, including their lunch time. They have a crane machine to help collect old roof pieces, very efficient. Mr. Barnett, the owner, came to visit and talked to me, too. They used good GAF roof materials, offered life time inspection service, ... They scanned the yard 3 times to pick up debris around the house. After they left, I scanned again and didn't find a nail! My experience: find a day of good weather. Good weather, happy crew, plus a professional team led by a great foreman who keeps you informed, then you got a beautiful roof. Tip: use cardboard to cover the top of your AC units if you care. They use net and tarp, which are good enough. But roof replacement generates a lot of dust.

  Highly Recommended! I’m writing to highly recommend Barnett Roofing. In September 2025, they replaced my roof, gutters, and downspouts, and my experience with them has been outstanding. Every member of the Barnett Roofing team was professional, responsible, and respectful throughout the entire process. I began my search by requesting quotes from five roofing companies with A+ ratings from the BBB, including several that had worked in my neighborhood. Some of the quotes I received were nearly double what my neighbors had paid for similar roofs. My decision became clear when Barnett Roofing provided an estimate that matched my insurance replacement quote, without any prior discussion. During the replacement process, their team was extremely supportive and responsive. They handled the work efficiently, addressed an unexpected issue with my sprinkler system pipes that were accidentally damaged, and later returned to adjust the slope of a few gutters to ensure proper drainage. I’m very happy with my sleek new roof and am glad to be part of Barnett Roofing’s maintenance program. I truly appreciate their quality workmanship and dedication. I highly recommend their services!

  When we decided to replace our roof we got five estimates. Prices ranged from $10000 to $24000. After comparing the bids we decided to go with Barnett. Tim, our estimator, was very thorough with his inspection and very professional. He went over the details making sure we understood and gave us ample opportunity to review the estimate and ask questions. We got emails during the time leading up to the project reminding us of the day of the project and what we needed to do to prepare. We were slated to have the project done on October 27, 2025. On Sunday we received a phone call from Josh the project foreman telling us that rain was in the forecast all day on Monday and we would need to reschedule and the scheduler would call us to reschedule. On Monday we got the call and were told that Tuesday the 28th was available weather permitting. Josh was here at 6:45 AM. He told me the crew was on the way. By 8:00 the old roof was off. Josh kept us posted on the progress and how it was going. The crew was very professional and worked very diligently to get the job done. Ron, the vice president came by to introduce himself and let us know that if there was any problems to let him know. By 12:30 our new roof was on. We are so happy that we went with Barnett and will recommend them highly.
