  This is 1 of the most unprofessional encounters I have experienced. This will be long. I called because my mother is buying a house and wanted the metal roof inspected. See if there are any major issues and have a licensed professional to come out and address the concerns the home inspector flagged. Such as loose screws, cracks around the exhaust pipe, water lines in the attic from the roof. I called explained what I needed and the man did not understand what I wanted and said he would send it to the care team or whatever. This is where Mr Barnett called me to figure out what exactly I was needing so I explained and he told me someone would contact me to set up a time. The guy called me and set the time for Friday February 13 at 11:30. I told him that me and the realtor would meet him there so he could access the attic to see the spots the home inspector pointed out and he said that's great he would call me if he was gonna be early or late depending on traffic. So I show up at 11:20, my realtor showed up at 11:30 we waited till 11:45 and he had not shown up so I called him to be informed he had already come out and left. I asked him about what he found and he said he saw no problems and as I began to ask questions he stated he saw no screws unfasted when I have pictures in the home inspector report of the unsecured screws. I asked about the exhaust vent he didn't even look at and asked about leaks which he said the corner of the house where it meets the over hang of the porch probably leaks... But yet he stated there were no problems. I asked if he wanted the inspection report he said I could email it to him and he would compare what he saw to the report and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him till 10 o'clock at night telling me I need to replace the whole roof but yet he stated to me there were no problems. No only did he not have permission to be on the roof till the intended time he left knowing me and the realtor would be on property to let him in the house. He says it's fine but I need to replace the roof for $10,000. He took a whole 3 pictures of the same spot on the roof which were attached to the estimate for the new roof. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

  This is my second time using Barnett Roofing and had another wonderful experience. I had a chimney leak which resulted in water damage to the roof and chimney wall. Eric and his crew were friendly, professional, and kept me informed from start to finish. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and kept me informed throughout the process. Cate and Alvin were especially helpful, answering all my questions and making everything stress‑free. The work was completed efficiently, exactly as promised, at a very reasonable price, and with excellent cleanup afterward. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Barnett Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a great team.

  Great communication and fast response time. Alvin was very organized and explained the process. Josh the forman explained in detail and kept me updated with status throughout the day. They informed me of areas that needed additional attention. The team set gave me great peace of mind- by providing a document that detailed steps I needed to take in preparation of their arrival, what to expect, how the process worked, et cetera. On the day of install the team worked well, were very quiet and kept disruptions to a minimum. The entire job was finished well ahead of schedule. Skips were collected earlier than expected. The warranty is the best in the business. If you have any roofing needs, do not hesitate to call Barnett Roofing. I am relieved I did, and would do so again should the need arise.

  We had a roof installed by Barnett on a particularly cold day in February, and they did an excellent job. Gaige went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything that was going to happen beforehand. After everything was done he walked me through the work that they did and showed me pictures of the condition of the decking as well as what they found under the old shingles. I am very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism that was provided by the install crew. I’d be remiss not to mention Justin, who came out on an also very cold Saturday to do the roof inspection and estimate for us. He explained his thoughts and concerns and prepared us well for quote. The turnaround time was excellent and the quotes were put together in a manner that reflected what was discussed. I am very pleased with the work and look forward to it holding up well for a long time.

  Many thanks to Carl and Gaige and the roofing crew -- I have a new roof! Carl did the initial assessment, responded promptly with an estimate and answered my questions regarding putting on a new roof. The steps leading up to the process of getting a new roof were clearly outlined in a comprehensive folder. Gaige, as the foreman, answered procedural questions, provided updates via numerous photos as well as oral/text communications and educated me regarding the roof improvements that had been made. The job was done in the estimated timeframe (and before the rain.) The grounds/landscaping were protected with tarps and the area around the house thoroughly cleared of debris. Great job! Thank you, Barnett Roofing!
