  Barnett Roofing did an incredible job on my home. Joshua, the supervisor was kind, humble, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am so thankful for my new roof. Cate, who I spoke with on the phone, was extremely helpful, when I called to ask questions before the project began. The crew worked so hard and they were kind to me as the home owner. Ronald, VP of operations even stopped by to make sure all was going well. Carl, the Sales Exec who gave me my original quote was kind, gracious and didnt try to pressure me. I hope this review my help someone else, who is as anxious as I was about having my roof replaced. Joshua and team truly did do an incredible job. God blessed me… with my new roof.

  Mark Angelini and crew from Barnett Roofing showed up at 6:30 this morning to start my new roof. Right from the beginning Mark explained the whole process to me and how he would keep me informed throughout the day. When I left at 7am to go to work I was confident that I had picked the right company for the job. I received 30 plus photo throughout the day from Mark showing me all the defective areas in the decking and told me exactly how they were going to fix it. This roof was in ruff shape. My house has the best roof it has ever had! The best part there were no supprise. Mark and his crew nailed it! Barnett Roofing does excellent work at a great Price!!

  It's a shame that I can't leave more than 5 stars. They really deserve more. Was in the market for a new roof. I called all the local companies and could never get a return call or anyone to come out and give an estimate. I called Barnett roofing and in 2 days Justin was out to inspect my roof and had a quote to me at the end of the day. Install was quick,well organized, and after they were done not a single piece of trash was left behind in my yard. Gaige and his team done an outstanding job with communication every step of the way. To everyone at Barnett Roofing thanks for a great looking roof and your excellent customer service. You guys Rock!!!!!!!

  Had an excellent experience - from assessment to installation of the new roof, the team was helpful, efficient, and professional. Between general aging and some recent storm damage, we needed a full roof replacement. Tim inspected the damage - he answered all of our many questions and provided a lot of helpful insight/recommendations. Josh lead the installation team - they worked quickly and efficiently, getting the full roof done in less than a day. The end result is amazing, and they were really thorough with the post install cleanup. Really grateful for the whole crew and a stress-free experience!

  Barnett Roofing --- an impressive roofing company! After our due diligence and selecting GAF shingles, the wife and I called three local, GAF-certified companies. (Having a certified company matched to the product has warranty benefits). Barnett, a "GAF Master Elite" company, provides those extra warranty benefits. We started with Tim in sales. He addressed our questions (in detail I should say!) and followed up with a call and a written quote. We were impressed by Tim and his pitch, but would the company follow through? After receiving a few quotes, we found prices comparable. We did a web search to check on post-installation care (yes, roofs sometimes leak), and Barnett company had some shining reviews. We selected Barnett. They provided us several possible install dates and after selecting the right days we received a few confirming e-mails (nice). The evening before install we received a confirming call from Matthew to confirm the start time (also nice). Matthew is a foreman and stayed with the project the whole time (with a 2-hour exception when Barnett sent a replacement foreman...another nice touch). Wow - under Matthew's direction the 8-man install crew were very diligent in protecting the pool and landscape. During the install Matthew and I discussed a few install agreement interpretations, and these were immediately addressed by him and the home office to our satisfaction. After the 3-day install period Matthew followed up and personally took care of a few minor debris items after the install crew left. Tim followed up regarding a possible homeowners insurance reduction that we are exploring. All in all, this is one of the best contracting experiences for our home that we have had, and I am impressed with the Barnett company culture and their follow through.
