  From start to finish Jack and Steven and the whole crew were very friendly and professional. They came out and give me a quote on my repair the same day I called. . The office staff was also friendly and professional and kept me updated on the time and date they could come out and do the repair . They did a great job of finding and fixing the leak on my roof. I highly recommend Barnett roofing for all you roofing or roofing repair needs. They are top notch and do very quality work.

  Tim initially stopped by to provide a roof replacement estimate and honestly, after speaking to him, we didn’t move forward with any other estimates. We felt Barnett Roofing’s pricing was fair and Tim was very knowledgeable, so we decided to hire their company and they scheduled us for the following week. Job Foreman, Matthew, called the night before work was to be completed, introducing himself and verifying color chosen and type. Matthew arrived promptly at 6:30am and made contact first thing. As there was a small rain delay, they began our roof replacement around 10:30am and had everything cleaned up by 3pm. They covered everything to ensure no damage to our koi pond, even placed buckets over landscape lighting, etc. They were very professional, Matthew sent texts throughout the day and provided photos of before, during, and after. We highly recommend and will use them again.

  Excellent experience in getting a new roof installed, from inspection to completion. A very quick response to my web inquiry was followed by an inspection two days later (would have been one day but I had a conflict). Carl explained all the components of a GAF roofing system and answered my questions, then sent a proposal by email that evening with no sales pressure whatsoever. The price was reasonable and competitive, and we set the installation date for a couple of weeks later. Jack was the foreman for the install, answering questions and keeping everything flowing smoothly. Everything about this project was first-rate -- quality materials and installation, competitive pricing, and excellent communication from Barnett's office and field people.

  I cannot recommend Barnett Roofing in Knoxville enough. After dealing with a 'jackleg' builder whose crew left my brand-new home with two roof leaks, Barnett was a lifesaver. Their website emphasizes trust, and they truly live up to it. They were incredibly fast after my first contact with Chris. Alvin Winter came out the next day to provide an estimate and Cate promptly got me scheduled. The work was completed thoroughly and correctly, with Haven and Chris efficiently faciliating the payment process and providing pictures to document the excellent work. While I don't know that name of the pros that actually did the work, they are the ones who serve the Dandridge area and they were great! Every person I dealt with was amazing. Kudos to Mr. Barnett for running such a wonderful business with only top notch employees. I’m a customer for life!"

  This is 1 of the most unprofessional encounters I have experienced. This will be long. I called because my mother is buying a house and wanted the metal roof inspected. See if there are any major issues and have a licensed professional to come out and address the concerns the home inspector flagged. Such as loose screws, cracks around the exhaust pipe, water lines in the attic from the roof. I called explained what I needed and the man did not understand what I wanted and said he would send it to the care team or whatever. This is where Mr Barnett called me to figure out what exactly I was needing so I explained and he told me someone would contact me to set up a time. The guy called me and set the time for Friday February 13 at 11:30. I told him that me and the realtor would meet him there so he could access the attic to see the spots the home inspector pointed out and he said that's great he would call me if he was gonna be early or late depending on traffic. So I show up at 11:20, my realtor showed up at 11:30 we waited till 11:45 and he had not shown up so I called him to be informed he had already come out and left. I asked him about what he found and he said he saw no problems and as I began to ask questions he stated he saw no screws unfasted when I have pictures in the home inspector report of the unsecured screws. I asked about the exhaust vent he didn't even look at and asked about leaks which he said the corner of the house where it meets the over hang of the porch probably leaks... But yet he stated there were no problems. I asked if he wanted the inspection report he said I could email it to him and he would compare what he saw to the report and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him till 10 o'clock at night telling me I need to replace the whole roof but yet he stated to me there were no problems. No only did he not have permission to be on the roof till the intended time he left knowing me and the realtor would be on property to let him in the house. He says it's fine but I need to replace the roof for $10,000. He took a whole 3 pictures of the same spot on the roof which were attached to the estimate for the new roof. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
