The cost to fix the problem was very high and the job was not completed (tech left wiring undressed and protruding out of the unit. Update, The tech returned and took care of the wiring issue the day after, everything is okay.

The owner answered the phone and answered any and all questions we had and assured us we would receive prompt service. Just as he said first thing the next morning, Sunday that is, they had someone here to help. Sadly parts weren't readily available but as soon as they had them they were right back out Tuesday morning first thing. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend them to anyone. They'll definitely be my go to for any future needs that arise! This is one Veteran owned company that truly keeps the standard high and from a fellow Veteran I thank them!

I was shocked at the cost of the part, but he did a good job of explaining in detail the reasoning behind the cost. I got the impression he was proud to work for Advanced. Once he was finished, he explained all the other services Advanced offers which was impressive. I will definitely use Advance again and request Jordan hopefully he will be available. Darryl Wilson
