  We recently purchased our home in Knoxville and realized shortly after moving in we had a leak in our roof. I received 3 quotes to repair and or replace our entire roof. We received the most reasonable bid from 1Knox Construction and after checking their reviews we chose them to not only replace our roof, but also our gutters. Gerardo was professional from the start and listened to our questions and concerns. He gave us options, kept us informed and his crew on schedule. He was on site each day and even after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied and the job site was cleaned up. We highly recommend his company and have already had him quote another project for our home.

  Gerardo and his team have done an incredible job! My home was in need of a variety of exterior repairs, and they were able to handle all of them! They did major repairs on my back deck including sanding and repainting the whole thing (24'X30'), rebuilding the staircase, replacing all the handrails, and replacing some floorboards. They also repaired my gutters, which had come detached in some areas. I learned this was because the original installer used OSB particle board instead of a higher quality wood, but they replaced the wood and added some flashing to get the gutters working correctly. They also replaced 2 damaged windows, and at the request of my wife they got them both done in 1 day so we wouldn't be missing any windows overnight. They handled all our specific requests with no fuss and in a reassuring way. In addition to all this they installed a new front door and a new storm door which they provided. The job site was cleaned up after all repairs were made. Even though they performed a lot of work above and beyond what we originally discussed the price did not go up from the original estimate, which is astonishing! Living in Farragut, I had a few estimates for repair work in the past, and the prices were all unreasonably high. These guys honestly deserve 6 out of 5 stars. This has been the best experience and value I have ever experienced when hiring a contract company, and on top of all this, their work comes with a 5-year warranty! If you need any exterior work done on your home your search for the right guys just ended. These are the guys you want!

  Gerardo did a great job on a custom siding repair and project I had. He was patient and dedicated to achieving the results we wanted. Always easy to get a hold of, communicated well and price was fairly reasonable. Would definitely recommend

  We had our roof replaced, from the first time Gerardo showed up to check roof and give estimate, we felt comfortable and confident with 1Knox. The crew showed up on time went right to work and worked till job was done. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We highly recommend 1Knox.
