  Barnett completed a full roof replacement for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I first contacted them several months ago for a quote, and when I asked whether my roof would hold up until early spring, they were honest and said it would—no pressure, just straightforward advice. When I was ready to move forward, I reached out again and received an updated quote the same day. After giving the go-ahead, my project was scheduled within about two weeks. The foreman, Jack, called the night before to confirm everything was set, and I also began receiving helpful emails about a week in advance with checklists and reminders to ensure the installation went smoothly. On installation day, the team arrived right on time—everyone was there by 7 a.m.—and got to work immediately. Jack was accessible throughout the entire day, whether I had questions or just needed to coordinate something simple like letting my dog out. At one point, when some debris ended up in my neighbor’s yard, he quickly redirected a crew member to clean it up within minutes. Despite the size and complexity of the job (a 3,000 sq. ft., two-story home with multiple roof surfaces), the team finished and completed a thorough cleanup by 4 p.m. The cleanup was outstanding—we haven’t found a single nail on the property. Jack was the last to leave and took the time to answer all of my remaining questions. I had been hesitant about replacing my roof after hearing about neighbors’ bad experiences with other companies, but I’m extremely glad I chose Barnett. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

  Just finished with a roof repair (ceiling leak under a bay window) done by Barnett Roofing. We had a good experience with all in the company throughout. The estimator, Justin Reese, not only provided a thorough and reasonable price in his estimate (provided by e-mail that evening) but while visiting explained that the roof looked otherwise in good condition and had about five to ten years more life before thinking of replacement (it is fifteen years old). After I had contacted their office to approve the estimate, their office called and set up a date for repair. Eric Reagan and his repair team arrived today as planned. The office had estimated 2 or so hours for the repair. Eric and his team spent about three hours here. We talked briefly before he began and then before leaving he stopped and discussed what he had found and done. He also explained that the problem stemmed from previous install issues, not age of the roof or shingles, and that our roof looked good and estimated that we should probably have about another eight or so years left on our existing shingles given their condition. The crew cleaned up all the property and left it as neat if not neater than when they came. Eric and his crew were a pleasure to have work on our roof. We shall definitely call on Barnett Roofing in the future should the need arise.

  After much research and receiving several bids, we decided to use Barnett Roofing. We were very impressed from the start. Tim took the time during our initial meeting to clearly explain every detail of what replacing our roof would entail. Knowing we were working with GAF Certified Experts gave us an added layer of confidence in the warranty and overall quality. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Josh, the foreman, was patient, professional, and took the time to explain each step along the way. We were amazed at how quickly all the materials were delivered—everything ran like clockwork. This was a large job that took two and a half days, and the crew was experienced, hardworking, and did excellent work. We especially appreciated the daily cleanups, and the final, thorough cleanup at the end of the job was the perfect finishing touch. We highly recommend Barnett Roofing. We feel fortunate to have such an outstanding roofing company in our area.

  Dealing with Barnett Roofing has been a really great experience. Carl “Gunny” Ake came out to provide an estimate. He was my second estimate since I always try to get at least three. Helped me realize how over inflated my 1st estimate was and also provided an update to the estimate when I decided I needed something extra done. He always responded in a prompt and professional manner. Jimmy and crew came out to do the actual roof repair. Jimmy provided an arrival time via text and showed up within the window. His crew was also prompt and efficient. The work did not take as long as I expected, as I stated, the crew was efficient. Jimmy had to run to get some unexpected supplies, so the work took a little longer than he initially estimated. He apologized but it wasn’t an issue since it was completed quicker than I expected. He also helped me out on another issue and I am extremely grateful for his help on that! The overall experience has been stress-free and all individuals I interacted with were great. When I need a new roof, there is ZERO doubt who I will be calling. I highly recommend Barnett Roofing for your roofing needs.

  I recently replaced our roof with Barnett Roofing a few weeks ago. I reachered local roofers and got 5 quotes. Although it was $1000 more than my lowest quote, I ended up going with Barnett because they were the only one with a 5 star review and they said they could get it done in 1 day. I really felt good going with them after talking with the Carl who first came out and gave me a quote. He really encouraged me to go with them as they would arrive at sunrise and be done before sunset. On the day of the install the site manager, Ronald told me there had been a mix up on the schedule so although he was there at sunrise there was no crew, no materials and no dumpster. So he started making calls and got everything going just before 10am. Becuase they started 3 hours late they didn't finish that day and had to cover the remaining unroofed section with a tarp. It was forcasted to rain until 11am the next day. I got a text at 10:30am saying the team was finishing up but it was raining pretty hard at that point. They finished at 11am just as the rain was ending. After they left I started feeling frustrated that they decided to take the tarp off and finish the rest of the roof while it was raining. From what I researched online there is a high chance that the shingles on the final section won't adhere correctly and that rot and mold will damage the section that it rained on. So although they tecnically got everything done they really made 2 major mistakes that may really cause me serious issues in a few years: 1. They scrwed up the scheduling so they didn't start until 10am 2. They rushed the job and finished before the rain stopped. I probably should have gone with the 2nd guy that gave me a quote, Roofing by J.M.J. as his quote was $1000 less and I bet he would have done a better job. He wouldn't have rushed it and roofed it while it was still raining. I also reached out and contacted both Carl and Ronald explaining I was frustrated and asked for $500 off since it got botched up and never heard back from them.
