We were charged $500 to fix a 2 year old unit that was under warranty and a service contract. To pay for it, the repairman charged a credit card they had on file without getting authorization from the credit card holder.
Edit: This is in fact the homeowners. That a local business would impugne the reputation of a customer is disgraceful. They have made no attempt to contact us. The unit was originally installed by coercing a elderly, war veteran homeowner into a questionable arrangement without his signature and his caregiver present. They have now committed this act again but got him to sign this time. Unfortunately, he signed for his granddaughter's credit card to be charged without her permission. Additionally, they stated it was a part issue at the time they fraudulently charged the card, now its an electrical issue. Lies are difficult to keep up with I supposed. We will cease to do business with them further. The large balance mentioned by the business is in dispute as they know due to their unscrupulous business tactics. We will seek further remedy, legally, but regardless, their response is as repulsive as it is shameful.

Nathan Hanna of Central City came out for maintenance on my two Hvac units. Nathan was extremely professional, efficient and courteous. Nathan answered all of my questions and also fully explained the maintenance process for each hvac unit. I really appreciate doing business with Nathan and Central City.
