  I had a great experience with Manuel M. fom Pink Duck Plumbing today. I’m a pretty hands-on homeowner, so I’m selective about who I hire for things I can't do myself. Manuel is clearly a 'pro" in his deep understanding of the trade. He performed a maintenance flush on my 2024 Bradford White using a pump to facilitate draining, and ensure a deep clean, which is more efficient and effective than a standard gravity drain. He was also incredibly respectful of my existing plumbing setup (PEX/SharkBites) done by previous homeowners after I announced the risk and didn't stress the lines. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows the 'why' behind the work and uses the right tools for the job, Manuel is your guy. He’s definitely my new go-to for any future plumbing projects! And I was very happy with his demeanor and character as well - he takes the time to listen and cares about what his customers think.

  The call to Pink Duck Plumbing resolved an issue with a shower leak. Hunter was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process to detect the leak. It was great to deal with such a professional company with excellent employees. Thank you for providing such a quality service.

  Misdiagnosed the problem, $400 an hour was way too high for too much talking and too little labor. I’m giving 3 stars for extremely prompt service, very clean and courteous. He just missed the blockage in the plumbing. We were told we would need to destroy the toilet to find the blockage but it was in the plumbing.

  What a team! My home, built in the 60’s, needed some TLC. I told them my issues, I was given the written cost, up front. At the end of the day, that’s what I paid. It took 3 trips out to fine tune some issues, but they were easy to schedule our time and kept great communication. Between the owners and 5 or 6 techs I’ve met, they were all knowledgeable and so polite. My wife felt comfortable working with them when I wasn’t here. Their price was fair too. I can’t say enough on how much I trust them to handle our next plumbing problem. In an 80 year old house, it may be sooner than later.

  Needed Moen widespread lavatory faucets fixed. One side dripped. We were unable to remove the cartridge. Called Pink Duck because of good reviews and recommendation by customer at plumbing store. Plumber came when scheduled and was pleasant. He also could not remove one cartridge (leaky one) and told us we needed total new fitting. We expected that based on comments by others. He replaced the other cartridge but he told us he stripped the cartridge putting it in. He was able to get the faucet back together. It did work when he left. A couple of days later the handle lever came undone. Plumber had failed to secure the cartridge screw. We were given a slight discount on the original repair and only charged for replacement of the one cartridge. The charge was considerably higher to replace the fittings, now 2 since the cartridge was stripped on the non leaky side. We were offered a credit of the amount we paid on the original repair which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. They also said they would send a different plumber. Fortunately we found another plumber who has a great deal of experience and was reasonably priced to fix our faucets. He also installed a pressure valve and relocated our shut off valve to a convenient location with copper pipes and no shark bites for considerably less than the quote from Pink Duck. After my 2 star review I received a phone call from the owner to discuss what had happened and what could be done to avoid other customers having similar issues. He refunded the entire fee we had paid. I did change to 3 stars.
