We were scheduled for several trucks to arrive, needed a forklift. I scheduled the delivery from United, no problem. A day ahead of schedule the trucks showed up, so I called United to see if we could get it a day early, as soon as possible. I called at 10 am, they had the forklift there by noon. This is not the first time we've rented from them but this time I had to leave a review, they really helped us out. I would not go anywhere else for equipment rental in the Tri-cities. We have rented forklifts as well as the big four-wheel drive boom lifts from them without any problem. Equipment has always been clean and no maintenance issues.
