  Sharply on time, phone call before arrival, very detailed info and questions from the lady on the phone a day earlier...awesome timing...We had a technician the next day available!!! After a few minutes of inspecting the problem I had a precise answer of what caused it, what can be done and how much it will cost. A time frame was established and they beat it by almost an hour... They cleaned up after the work was done and re-checked their work for a final go! Very friendly and clean appearance was a plus for me! Their company logo is VERY much spot on: Precision...

  Scheduling service was very simple. Great communication throughout. Tech arrived on time. Upfront pricing was greatly appreciated. Overall, very pleased. Will definitely reach out to Precision Electric for any future electrical work.

  Chris and his coworker (whose name I unfortunately forgot) came out and knocked out my job in great fashion. All at a very fair, if not generous, price. They were quick but thorough, pleasant to work with, and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your electrical needs!

  If you're looking for honesty, transparency, and good business ethic this isn't the company for you. Called to schedule a visit and they said it was a $59 trip fee. We asked how the appointment would go, they said that the techs would come out and look at the issue, and we may have an additional charge based in what is wrong. Except that isn't what happened. Their techs walked in with an iPad and said it was $59 for a trip fee, then an additional $289 diagnostic fee. No other fees were disclosed, and even if we refused the diagnistic, we had to pay the $59 trip fee regardless. Called their main office and its standard practice for them not to disclose that before the techs get there because they never know how much it's going to be to fix. While that makes sense, who has $289 laying around to just throw at an issue without fully knowing it can be fixed? We needed a grounding wire fixed, not anywhere close to $300+. If they had told us about the diagnostic fee, we wouldn't have even scheduled. If this is how they get their money I don't want anything to do with it, and neither should you.
