- NANicole AdamsNov 5, 20251.0Today I had a technician at my house to quote me an estimate to insurance company for property damage of downed power lines due to a truck running into them.. $4,000.00 total and the worst part of that is $1,000.00 for Insurance Co. for and $3,000.00 out of our own pocket for having to get up to code...$400.00 for smoke detectors in every bedroom and the remainder going towards work that has absolutely nothing to do with the incident just to be up to code. ? Ridiculous and highway robbery. These people are thieves. Talk about a rip off of a company. I feel violated. We are in a similar type of work...home repairs...sure hope they don't need our services because we'll make certain to add $60.00 trip service fee as well as gouging and all other unnecessary fees and bogus work like they did to us today. I should call the BBB on them. Stay away from Precision and save your $60.00 oh and by the way it's actually $59.00 trip fee he didn't have change for the 3 20's I gave him! Thank God we have several friends who are Electricians which we have already called.

They didn't try to oversell me, offered amazing advice, and were very reliable too. We were in a tough spot bc the local small business we hired had totally messed up scheduling and we weren't able to move in until it was safe. There's a reason Precision has grown and it's because their team and customer service was incredible! Plus, they warranty their work and I truly trust them 100%. Loved the contract, and our office contact, John was phenomenal. Great communication from everyone. Yall made us customers for life. Thank you, truly!
