  This was the best professional experience I’ve had in a while rally long time. The tech(Hunter) was polite, professional and knew the job. Secretary was also helpful, friendly and very professional on the phone. Hunters truck was also very clean and organized(I was amazed). I had complete confidence in what he was doing. Our problem was more than what we thought but he offered a solution and showed me what needed to be done. Was very good in explaining what was happening cause the snake wasn’t cutting it. Would have been a temporary fix anyway. What he suggested is the solution, problem solved. So someone will return Monday to reroute the line. Amazing! Love this company! Great job, response time, everything. Thanks so much 👍😃

  A very short notice appt was made for us due to sewage coming into our shower within an hour of calling for help. I'm very particular about who I want at my home, and after meeting the techs, I would have no reservations about them being at my home if I wasn't there. Very professional and they know their trade. Pricing was flat rate and very fair. I was not badgered for other problems I needed to fix, but I was offered a quote on something that was obviously an upcoming issue and I was shown exactly what the problem was in a way that I understood. No pressure to fix it at the moment, just offer and a fair quote.

  I usually go out of my way to support small, mom-and-pop businesses, but this experience showed me how important true expertise is. Two months ago, we paid about $2,000 to a local independent plumber to fix our sewage ejection pump, only to later discover the issue was never actually resolved—just a temporary clean-out of flushable wipes. When we called Pink Duck Plumbing, Justin came out and immediately stood out as professional, knowledgeable, and confident. He quickly identified the real problem, explained it clearly, and fixed it properly—for less than half of what we were previously quoted for the same type of system. Justin and Pink Duck Plumbing did the job right and gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

  Saved me over $10,000! More like $12,000 We had a water leak and all we knew was that it was outside of our house. The first company we contacted wanted to charge us almost $9,000 and were going to install a new water line from the meter to the house which would have involved boring under my driveway at the lower end if possible (cutting the concrete if not), cuting the concrete under the driveway at the upper end, and cutting a hole to the connection in my garage which again,would have involved cutting the concrete. In addition to the concrete damage, my yard would have had to be trenched to lay the new piping which would have involved cutting through my irrigaton system which I paid almost $20,000 to have installed back in the fall. Of course, the newly planted grass that was planted in the fall would have been completely destoyed. Their guote did not include the costs I would have had to pay other companies to repair the irrigation system and replace the concrete for the driveway and garage. After doing some research I decided I would try to find a company that had the detection equipment that I had read about online which uses a mix of nitrogen and hydrogen to find leaks without any digging. I was told by several companies (including the company that gave me the $10,000 quote) that no one in the Tri-city area had this capability. Fortunately I contacted Pink Duck and was informed that they had the device and would be able to find my leak without any digging. The only digging they did was approximately as a 2- 2/1/2 ft area in order to get down to the leak to do the actual repair. Total cost was just a little over $1,000. Could not be any happier!!!

  AVOID! Total rip off. They would not give us a quote for a dishwasher install over the phone. They came and wanted almost just shy of $600 for install and haul away and without the hall away $495. It was a plug in install with no major complicated aspects. They charge me $60 just for showing up. Do not use this company. DON'T FALL FOR THE FAKE INFORMATION BELOW. I CALLED AROUND. THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR INSTALL IS $250-$350 IN OUR REGION DON"T BOTHER!
