- JSJeffrey K Simpson6 days ago5.0I have a Mitsubishi split system in my detached garage. It quit making warm air. I called Johnny’s and he sent Tyler out to look it over. It was quite a challenge to locate the issue, but he didn’t give up until he did find it. He solved the problem and verified all factory specs before he put the cover back on. I now have toasty warm air back in my garage. Kudos to Tyler and Johnny’s HVAC !!!

We decided on an upgrade to gas/heat pump and sent us the estimate in short order. His crew showed up on time as scheduled and completed the job by days end. Brendan and James were courteous, professional and respectful of property. We could tell right away how well it is heating. It's currently working great. I would highly recommend this company. Tyler came out to do a minor tweeting to job. This request was responded to quickly (next day) He was right on time, Nice and answered clearly any questions about service (for another job). It was nice to get straight answers ( rates ECT)

Installed in a very timely manner. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Had a minor issue pop up not long after installation. Johnny sent an employee out within 2 hrs and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.
- SSSupra SouthernDec 6, 20251.0Service tech/part changer came out on 12/5/25, took off one panel, said several components were shot (compressor, fan motor, capacitor, running high amps) went on to say getting parts would be impossible. Was maybe here all of 5 minutes. Cherry on top was he headed down the road and made my mother walk back outside to flip back on the breaker. Not worth the $125 for 5 minutes sales pitch for pushing a new $5700 heat pump. Great news I called another HVAC company the very next day (12/6/25) for a second opinion. The different company we had come out said "Everything looked good for the most part but we had to replaced the fan, capacitor, both heater sequencers". Our heat pump is currently back up, and running. The temperature in the house is exactly what the thermostat says, amp draw looks good. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.
