Every time I call, I get the same empty promise: “Your project is on the board for next week.” Week after week, the same line, with no progress at all. The most frustrating part is the silence — no updates, no proactive communication, no accountability. Because of their inaction, my self-storage business is finished but cannot open, and I’m losing thousands in revenue every week while waiting on this fence. Tri City Fence may lure you in with a reasonable price, but in reality they are unreliable, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. If you value deadlines, honesty, and follow-through, do not hire Tri City Fence. I am leaving this review to warn others and to push Tri City Fence to finally finish this project. At this point, they should not only complete the work immediately but also provide a discount for the damage caused by their delays. If they do, I will update this review — but until then, this is a one-star experience all the way.
