  Nathan was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything ahead of time and had a quote quickly. They sold me a drain conditioner to prevent future clogs and explained how to use it, where I can get more, and what kind I should use. He waited until he was certain the problem was resolved before leaving. They also were very clean in their work.

  I am very happy with the service that was provided to me this evening. Dustin was very knowledgeable about his work, he was concerning, kind and informative. Dustin did an amazing job breaking free my garbage disposal blades. Thank you now I don't have to buy a new one.

  Brian was amazing. He fixed the broken pipe and was able to make it so we don’t “accidentally” break it again. Just bought this house and there is a lot that needs to be done and Brian did what needed to be done for now.

  If there was a way for me to give Lewis ten stars I absolutely would. My limes were backed up from an over filled septic tank. Lewis came out evaluated the situation a nd came up with best affordable plan to get the problem fixed. He told me he wasnt going to leave until I had a "working bathroom" and he kept gis word. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and was very empathetic to our situation. Thank you Lewis, hopefully we don't have anymore issues but if we do I will most definitely be calling Roto Rooter to request you! Lol

  If I could give them 10 stars I would! I frantically called Roto-rooter yesterday evening, had a tech at my house by 9am this morning and my many insurrmountable tasks were completed by 11am! Roto-rooter has a great system. They send you a photo of the tech coming to your house and a little bio, which would be especially great for elderly clients. My tech Nathan was spectacular! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast while providing superb value. The pricing was fair, and I can't put a price on the relief I have from our problems being professionally solved and fortified for the future. There's also a 90 day warranty on all the work that was done today. I recommend Roto-rooter plumbing over any plumber you will ever find anywhere! Seriously, stop scrolling - your search is done.
