- ADAwilda DeenFeb 12, 20261.0Bad experience with Cabinets to go. If ordering from this distributor don't buy Worthington brand very poor quality, some arrived damaged. When I called to report damaged Cabinets. I was told by our sales lady Marsha Sutton thst I needed to contact Customer Support. I was very upset because when we purchased this Cabinets I didn't purchased them through customer support. I asked to speak with Manager I was transferred to Steven Wee, he told me the same thing. He wasn't much help. After going around in circles with this 2 incompetent people. I asked for the district Managers name & phone # I called him, Mr. Carmine Cappozolla wasn't much help neither. I filled a report with Customer support team they where much better and sympathetic. Bottom line is we will never ever use Cabinets to go or ever Recommend them to our worst enemy. Once they got your payment in full and you have any issues with their products don't bother calling them. They already got your money and they don't care or give a shit. We had bad experience with both locations. Knoxville & Johnson City. So Cabinets to go could go strait to hell for all I care. If you know what's good for you take your business somewhere else & save yourselves lots of HEADACHES. Worthless Employees, Managers & District Manager. Sincerely: Mr & Mrs Jack & Awilda Deen

Cabinets to Go, Shawn the designer, and Trevor their professional installer, made our process as simple and as painless as possible. Their communication and professionalism was wonderful and although we don't plan to do another kitchen anytime soon, we'd choose them again if we did. The cabinets are beautiful and we're excited to begin using our new kitchen! Thanks Cabinets to Go Johnson City!
