- BJBethany JohnsonNov 6, 20255.0It was a fateful Saturday morning that I woke up to my Gramma screaming that the ceiling was pouring water. I run downstairs and absolutely panic. I call Tim crying, who withing less than ONE HOUR had Jack over at my house drying my walls and assessing damage. Two panic attacks and one day later, Blake came with him to reassure us it was not the end of the world. They went out of their way to get me and my family through this. Without Blake and Jack I may have ended up on new blood pressure medication. They had everything fixed and back together in no time. SO BLESSED to have worked with these guys. 1,000,000/10 recommend!! Thank you for everything!
- SDSam DiverOct 30, 20255.0A leak in the hall bathroom soaked the hallway carpet and the wall of the master bedroom causing massive swelling of the subfloor and black mold formation in our crawl space and under the vinyl bathroom flooring. Chris and his crew spent days tearing up the subfloor and vinyl and ran blowers and dehumidifiers to completely dry everything. They sprayed the mold and completely scrubbed the subfloor throughout the length of the house. They did such a fantastic job of mitigating and documenting their work that my homeowner’s insurance settled my claim no questions asked.

Tim worked patiently and creatively with my extreme sensitivities to get the job done in a way that would not make my symptoms worse. They were able to come out quickly and remediate. The guys doing the work were professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. It took several days of work and they were on time and quietly did their job.

Upon the discovery of a hot water heater, pex pipe failure, Tim responded nearly immediately to my call late on a Friday before a holiday weekend. He decided to come out that night and evaluate the situation, take moisture measurements and explain everything to me. He setup an industrial dehumidifier immediately and his team came out promptly on Monday to continue the dry-out process. They handled all of the drying out, tearing out and mold mitigation throughout our crawl space and the rooms above. These guys were excellent. They were prompt, respectful, communicative and hardworking throughout the entire process. Tim, stuck with us through the entire claim process with insurance. And while I truly hope to never experience this again, and I don’t wish it on my worst enemy, if you find yourself with water damage, don’t hesitate to call All Dry of East TN.
