  They would not give me a refund for the unused and unearned price of my second annual service visit that I wanted to cancel and their lady was rude about it.

  Jerry, and a couple of other technicians throughout the years have been taken care of our apartment complex. Jerry has been a godsend to our facility. We had another HVAC company before this who continuously ripped us off and charged outrageous rates. This company has saved us thousands of dollars throughout the years. The other company always wanted to replace a unit rather than repair it. Since we found this company, the replacement rate has went way way down. Totally recommend Advanced Heating and Air to anyone and everyone. I would give them 10 Stars if possible. Jerry is an amazing technician, if he can't fix it it can't be fixed! Don't call anyone else! This company is THE BEST in the entire state!

  Ignore the negative reviews. Our heating system was blowing cold air with low temps in the teens. A neighbor referred us to Advanced who sent Jerry to us within only an hour or so. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and he fixed our problem within minutes. Very impressed and highly recommended!

  I attempted to have a dispute resolved through the BBB, but the complaint was ignored. I did not want to leave a negative review on Google, but it seems I have no choice. I dispute your invoice in its entirety. You failed to perform quality work, and a technician had to come out and reattach a drain hose that had been accidentally disconnected by a previous technician (admitted to me by the technician). The technician told me he would talk to the owner about it, but I received an invoice for the full amount. I called to complain upon receiving the invoice, and the receptionist said the owner was on vacation and would call me back when he returned. He did not. Instead I received another invoice with no acknowledgment of my dispute or concerns. I dispute this invoice because it is for fixing shoddy work that you performed. Why should I have to pay when you have not fulfilled your legal obligation to perform quality work?
