All Dry Services of East TN came out very quickly and took care of everything right away. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made the whole process smooth and gave us a lot of peace of mind during a stressful moment. Highly recommend All Dry Services of East TN if you ever find yourself dealing with water damage!

And, the guys that did the work were professional. Also, Tammy was awesome with all the phone calls I made. We would highly recommend All Dry. The finished project was excellent! We were very satisfied with all the work that was done.

I felt comfortable with the service person, Chris, and even felt like he was a friend when the job was finished. He kept me informed and up to date on what was happening until the job was finished, explaining everything I did not understand He showed genuine concern for my situation and offered to help in any way that I might need, answering all questions and concerns I had. I would recommend him and All Dry to anyone who might need their services. This was not my first experience with All Dry and knew they were the company I wanted to handle the results of frozen water pipes.
