  Had an electrical inspection, HVAC inspection, and Plumbing inspection completed on March 20, 2026 by a Mr. Gabe Salazar, Mr. Jaylen Cox, and Mr. Jake Miller. This was part of the membership with Tim Ferguson. All three kept me updated as to their arrival at my home, very professional, knowledgeable in their skill trade, and explaining anything that was noted during the inspections. Answered all my questions and provided a detailed report on each area at the end of the inspection for future reference. Would highly recommend based on professionalism, customer service provided, and timeliness of scheduled appointment.

  When I say I am pleased with the service. I mean just that. Mr Reggie and his partner not only fixed my plumbing issues but found money on my property. They found the money and told told where they were putting the money in a safe location inside the home. The price was decent and the membership made the price more affordable for me. I appreciate the service of these two young men today….. I will be using this company for all my services

  Due your due diligence before doing business with this company. Please get multiple quotes for your project and compare the prices. I had Tim Ferguson quote electrical work for me. I explained to the salesman that I was receiving a few quotes, he stated that he did not like second opinions on pricing. (Red flag #1) After I received my quote, I understood the reason they didn’t like second opinions is because they’re the ones out here trying to take advantage of people. I received five quotes in total for my electrical project. The highest quote was Tim Ferguson at over $52,000 (yes you read that right). The next highest quote was for $13,000 and the remaining 3 quotes being under $10,000. I had my projected completed with the same materials quoted by Tim Ferguson and saved over $40,000 by using someone else. The salesman also asked several times before finishing my quote what was my “budget for the project”. After I refused to give a budget he acted like It was to help get the price in my range. Red flag #2 I’ve now discovered that they want your budget to get a feel for what you want to spend. For example if you give them a budget of 10,000 and the project actually cost 5k they’re going to quote you $10,000 because that’s the budget you gave. NEVER GIVE A BUDGET You deserve a fair price based off the work you’re needing done and not one based of your “budget”. Do your due diligence people! It could save you $40,000 dollars.

  Zach King is an awesome technician. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. 2 visits in a matter of minutes would frustrate anyone, but he returned with a smile and did a wonderful job. Very thankful for his service today. Hope to work with him in the future for any further issues that may arise. Kudos to this company for having awesome employees. Great customer service, from scheduling the service to the service being completed.

  Dylan Bradford came today to clean my dryer duct. Excellent work & very neat & thorugh on cleanup. Also had him check my water heaters which need replacing, he gave me quotes on those so I look forward to maybe seeing him replace those too. Kody Totty replaced my closet light fixtures, checked electrical in my house & sold me a carbon monoxide monitor. Kody was very efficient & polite & I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend him & Tim Ferguson.
