Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)

I had their windows in my home in FL, so knew the product, and knew what I wanted. Delivery time was a little less than quoted which was excellent. The crew called ahead, were here exactly when they said they would be. They got right to work, had the door installed w/in 90 minutes, they cleaned up everything very nicely. Caulking is excellent, doors and locks work great. Im very happy.
