I was in a position to do the other half, I called hoping to get my same sales rep who was awesome. He has retired and the whole group is different. They demanded to come measure my windows again (they measured the whole house once the first time). I obliged so i could get accurate pricing. I also asked if it is one price per window regardless of size and was told no (seems odd, I know, it was odd to me too when I bought the first batch for $400 per window, regardless of size). They came and measured. I asked the guy at my house to stay with me as I have large bread dogs in the house, which he acknowledged. Next thing I know the guy took off down my house on his own, and i told him to not go across the house til I could go with him. I got a call today with the quote for the windows, and low and behold it was all one price per window. When I raised this with the manager at Window World for clarity, I was told to go buy my windows somewhere else. Absolutely their right as a business, but the way this went down was very shady and then when I want clarity on the quote, i was told to buy somewhere else. As a repeat customer. Be very careful dealing with these folks as they are up to something shady.

Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)
