Stopped in to the lighting showroom today to look at some pendant lighting for my bar and had the opposite experience. The lady waiting on us could not have been less interested & knew NOTHING about lighting. In fact, her demeanor bordered on rude! I was excited about spending another chunk of change with them but left empty handed. 100% WON'T BE BACK...
