The office was very helpful in getting us a new unit quickly and David Skiles was here on time to start the process of removing and replacing. David worked for 4+ hours and took time to explain the working and the upgrades of this newer unit. Afterwards I asked about our broken disposal. He looked it over and was able to replace it this afternoon. I appreciate the quick service and work experience from David and Scenic City. Thanks.

His repair skills matched his educator skills, too. I appreciate that he provided me with options to improve the efficacy of the unit, along with an explanation of how important the various options would be and the associated costs. There was zero pressure to spend more money than absolutely necessary to get the unit repaired -- just opportunity for upgrades. David was easy to work with and seems to have used time wisely. Scenic City Plumbing has been a reliable company to work with over the last four years so I don't consider another company when we have a plumbing concern. And I wouldn't hesitate to request David for future service calls.

He even had to make some cuts in the cabinetry and drywall to get to the busted pipe fitting, but did it so well the pieces all fit back together afterwards so no holes in the wall! This was my first experience with Scenic City Plumbing and I was more than satisfied with their service.

They did great work cutting a very clean and precise hole in the drywall, were very proficient installing the spigot and confirming there were no leaks, and were very patient answering all my questions. I appreciated they wore floor-protectors over their shoes when in the house, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Scenic City Plumbing - you are STILL my go-to plumbing company. Skiles and Travis - you both ROCK!!
