He actually listened to my issue and took into careful consideration my previous actions to immediately zero-in on the actual problem which did not originate in the tankless water heater at all - it was driven by a faulty water pressure regulator under the house. He changed said regulator in record time and quickly fixed the issue my efforts had failed to remedy. I’ll request him by name in the future. Great service.
