- JGJohn Glaser5 days ago1.0I ordered cabinets from Kendall and told her I was comparing her cabinets to another company and that theirs were all wood and assembled cabinets. I wanted to compare apples to apples and she showed me one of her higher end lines. When they were delivered they had MDF door panels and were assembly required cabinets. When I called to complain and ask that they assemble them or take them back as I had not wanted knock down cabinets Kendall told me all the documents I signed said assembly required in the fine print. However when I was being sold the cabinets nothing was said about knock down. I was also informed that if I returned them there would be a 25% restocking fee. So buyer be ware read the fine print and don’t let there sales people manipulate the sale. A horrible company.
