- RERaelene EckmannApr 15, 20251.0We used B& B Crane Co out of Knoxville, TN 2/2025. The owner wasn't helpful and was rude when I called to confirm day/time of the driver to load a storage unit...told me to call the driver Rick...who was an hour late. I talked to the driver letting him know we're almost to the property and the driveway was cleared for him to park and put down his stability pads. Upon arrival we discovered the driver didn't listen to me, nor my two Haulers and the property owner...he drive onto the Leach Field destroying the field because he got stuck. Plenty of photo evidence that was sent to the Owner who told me to, "be quite". He was the one not listening to what hos company driver did all by himself. Get ready for a Court Date.
