I called Access Garage Doors when an emergency arose that demanded prompt service and attention to detail. I cannot be more pleased that I did. The repairman (Blake) came that afternoon and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He patiently attempted a temporary "fix" that ultimately didn't work. He presented three options for the repair to be completed with a thorough explanation of each of the three. I was impressed with his calm demeanor and his lack of no pressure sales tactics. After I selected one of the options, we determined a time convenient for my schedule--not his--for him to return to complete the job. He came at the designated time, completed the job in less than an hour, and left me smiling as a happy Access Garage Door customer. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors to anyone needing service to or replacement of a garage door. You will receive 5-star service as did I from a well-trained and courteous repairman. I'm also offering a shout out to Randy who seemed to be waiting at home base for me to call him multiple times. Thank you, Randy, for your patience and courteous responses to my many questions and requests. Randy and Blake are a great team.
