I immediately called and spoke to Colby Moss and we scheduled things immediately. Colby personally came out to the house to initially assess the situation, and then provided me a quote immediately. The quote was right in line within industry standards and was very honest. Colby’s service technicians, Josh and JR, came out to the house within the next week and took care of everything with the highest level of quality. They were so personable, professional, etc. that I will definitely be using Moss Electric in the future. They even took the time to talk to my son about baseball as he was heading off to his game. It’s just the type of service that everyone should be looking for.
