After they completed the work we had an issue with one of the panels being cut too short and moving back and forth and the gate latch broke within 2 months. I called and talk to someone several times and also left several messages and was told that someone would call me to get it fixed. Took over a two months of calling to get a return call. I was told that someone would come by and fix the issues. No one showed up for two weeks so I called again. I was told he’d check on it and call me back and it would be fixed by the end of the week. It’s been over a month again. I am now at a point I’m calling a different company to come fix this issue. In my line of work I get a lot of people asking for recommendations. They will not be one.
