  Moss Electric did an outstanding job getting our electric pole/ mast back up after the ice storm . Colby the owner was very easy to talk to and deal with . I was sold on him with how warm and friendly he was discussing the repair and pricing with me and wife in our living room . He was very kind in working with us on the cost of the repair . Compared to other quotes we had received his was very fair . Deal was done with a handshake. His crew showed up promptly at the time given for our appointment and did an excellent job at fixing and replacing our electric pole / mast . Joshua and JR who performed the service were very professional and pleasant to talk with . The job for them took no time at all . I would highly recommend Colby Moss and his company for any electrical work that’s needing to be done . Very professional regular ole folks who seemed to enjoy helping folks out and making them happy cause I know from experience. Very happy with the job they did - Larry Weaks

  Josh and JR came out to my house to install a 50 amp circuit for a generator. They were very polite and accommodating and began the work right away. We will be using them again any chance we get. Thx guys! Enjoyed the conversation and explaining everything to me.

  Colby and his crew have been our go to electricians for the past 5 years. Light installation, and electrical panel upgrades, install of new outlets. All of the jobs have been done with the professionalism you would want from any service company. BUT, most recently, with this ice storm of 2026. While 1000’s need help this company took the time to come and check the leads of the power line to our house to reassure us that our down power line is going to be the responsibility of NES and no damage or work is required on our side, effectively making the work on our down power-lines a bigger priority for NES to take care of… hopefully now We can get power restored with in a couple days instead of a week plus. IF YOU NEED AN ELECTRICIAN TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THIS STORM. Or any other reason, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU CALL. They are honest, fast, fair in pricing, and helpful. A customer once, you become a client for life, and they treat you as such. Thanks again, and again. Andrea.
