- SMShelby MApr 17, 20261.0Disappointed with our experience. Our griends recommended this company. So we called to have our septic looked at. He said he could come the following Thursday midmorning, which we said worked great. We waited all morning for him to show up. My husband called at 11am to check in to see if he was coming. He never answered so my husband left a voicemail. We never heard from him again. It's unfortunate that our friends had a wonderful experience and we had the exact opposite.
