I told him to search on Google for one, and Poor Boys had a good rating. Poor Boys showed up when they said they would and did the job. Bonus, their prices were competitive and better than the others! Thank you Poor Boys, and thank you for responding to a customer in need. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

Called them yesterday, told them EXACTLY what was going on, and he said he would do the job for $325 but had to dig for the septic herself. Once he got to her house, he got very upset and said that she dug in the wrong spot although she dug where a previous co.pany had dug before.. he then proceeded to tell her that he should have charged her more and kept complaining about how small pieces of grease was clogging his hose up. He also stated that he disnt finish pumping and to call back in a few months to finish.. All in all, he was very rude. Will definitely not be calling them back.

He was quick and efficient and even took the extra time to make sure our main drain wasn't clogged which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend poor boy septic to my own mother.
