  Brannon is great at what he does! Professional, courteous, and respectful. So thankful I found his company. He has truly given me peace of mind using my fireplace. That alone is priceless. Highly recommend!!

  Great folks! Always professional, courteous & pricing is fair compared to others. We have used NFC for our chimney cleaning and dryer vents since 2015. Could not ask for a better group of professionals. We used another company prior to 2015 and quickly realized we had been taken advantage of. With NFC we know that we are getting honest reports, no "up-selling" products that you don't need, best prices in Mid. TN & service with a smile. Thanks guys!!! Gomez Family

  I cannot warn everyone enough about this company. They are absolutely scammers. I paid over $600 just for an inspection that they said would go towards the total. Little did I know that they would string me along for months and after paying over $3000 I have ONE working fireplace. They did the inspection which I wasn’t going to agree to because of the price but changed my mind after they told me it would go towards the total and that he worked with his wife. They did the inspection and said we could choose wood burning or gas. Getting them to show up was a problem. We also asked them to fix my fireplace table outside. It’s still broken. After over 3 months they finally came and set up my bedroom fireplace. They charge 2k per fireplace. They require over half the price of the total so my husband in good faith gave them 3k on top of the inspection cost. They installed the master and were supposed to install a second one in my meditation room. They said the gas line was capped and couldn’t do it (that same day). I had to call the gas company and my HVAC guys. After a bunch of running me around I realized my mistake. If they did a proper inspection they should have already known the gas line was capped. We went back and forth and all I got was, “We told your husband little lady” type of answers. I’m the one who pays. I didn’t say anything. I simply chalked it up after 4 months and asked for a refund of the $1000 deposit towards the 2nd fireplace that was not installed. They gave me $75.00 back. There’s more that I won’t bore you with but PLEASE don’t be a chump like me. I know it’s hard to find fireplace companies but this one is NOT IT. Such disrespect, dishonesty, and lack of integrity will come back to haunt them. I hope no one has to go through what I did especially if you’re female. It’s not worth wasting your precious time, money, and sanity.

  I just witnessed one of your employees call a gas station employee a “rag head” because the bathroom was out of order. “The bathrooms never work when they’re owned by you people”. These are the type of people you hire?
