- DWDean Wilson4 days ago5.0Our central heat and air unit was 18 years old and we were having problems. I called Goins and Aaron was at our house within two hours to look at our system and give us a quote on replacing it. We decided to convert from electric to gas so we had about a three week wait for the gas company to come out and install our gas line once our gas line was installed Goins team was there within three days and installed our new unit. It was completely installed and functional the same day very nice professional people. Jenny in the office was super helpful in explaining things to us. They were very good about returning phone calls. I would highly recommend you talk to them about your needs before you make a decision to go elsewhere.
- NDNathan DentonApr 16, 20261.0They maintained the house that I bought in February and the duct work is terrible. Having to replace the entire unit. Refrigerant hose is busted and can’t be replaced. Half my ducts are crushed. The return is too small and there are open ended runs.
