- SSSHARONFeb 5, 20265.0When the HVAC Co I held a Customer Care Service Agreement with did not show up after 6 days of having requested service for my furnace failure during the January "Ice Storm", I realized their 'Customer Care' was non-existent. I contacted Benny James Service to book a service appointment, expecting that it would be several days before an appointment could be scheduled in 2026 coldest winter ever! I was Pleasantly surprised when Trent was at my home that very afternoon and was able to identify and repair the problem with the furnace. Trent was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explained why the furnace kept repeatedly shutting off, and described the function of the part that was needed to get it back to operating properly. He also called the next day to assure it was in good working order. <- That is what Great Customer care is. I appreciate Trent's clear communication, speedy service, honesty, fair price, and the level of care he presented. I agree with others that Benny James Service offers the most positive experience and excellent service that one will ever experience from an HVAC company!
